The 6-Week program is paid as a €1.000 deposit after your intake, with the remaining €595 due by the end of week 3 to continue your sessions. Employers paying through a relocation or integration budget receive a VAT invoice.
Refund policy: All payments are non-refundable, because work on your service begins as soon as you book. The only exception is the CV Audit delivery guarantee: if your audit isn't delivered within 72 business hours, you receive a full refund. See our Terms & Conditions.
Questions
Booking and payment FAQ
What happens if I book and then decide not to use the service?
Your €25 deposit isn't refunded. It holds your spot and covers the work we start right away: reviewing your booking form and CV, and reserving your coach's time. You don't owe anything else, because the rest of the price is only due after your intake call.
Can I move my session instead of cancelling?
Yes. Use the reschedule link in your confirmation email, as early as you can. Your €25 deposit still counts toward the price of your service.
Is the €25 deposit an extra cost?
No. It comes off the price of the service you booked, so you pay the rest after your intake call.
Are there any exceptions?
Yes, one. If your CV & LinkedIn Audit isn't delivered within 72 business hours, you get a full refund. Monthly subscription payments commit you to the full 6 or 12 months.
How do I pay?
Securely on our website with iDEAL, card, Bancontact or SEPA Direct Debit. Prices include 21% BTW.

How pricing works: each group size has one flat program fee, so a cohort of 16 and a cohort of 25 pay the same. Larger groups get a lower price per participant. The retail value is based on comparable 12-week training programs (€10.000+ per person), a done-for-you CV (€500) and live interview coaching (€250).
Prices exclude 21% BTW. Some education and training may be exempt from BTW; we confirm the BTW treatment on your quote. All programs for organisations are invoiced and paid by bank transfer. Retainer: 25% upfront, balance by program completion. Schedules can follow institutional, subsidy or tender requirements.

Booking and payment FAQ
What happens if I book and then decide not to use the service?
Your €25 deposit isn't refunded. It holds your spot and covers the work we start right away: reviewing your booking form and CV, and reserving your coach's time. You don't owe anything else, because the rest of the price is only due after your intake call.
Can I move my session instead of cancelling?
Yes. Use the reschedule link in your confirmation email, as early as you can. Your €25 deposit still counts toward the price of your service.
Is the €25 deposit an extra cost?
No. It comes off the price of the service you booked, so you pay the rest after your intake call.
Are there any exceptions?
Yes, one. If your CV & LinkedIn Audit isn't delivered within 72 business hours, you get a full refund. Monthly subscription payments commit you to the full 6 or 12 months.

2. Services provided
WRAC provides professional development services including but not limited to:
- Resume and CV writing and career document preparation
- Interview preparation and coaching
- Career consulting and job readiness services
- Training programs and workshops
- Digital career resources and courses
- JobSpotter job discovery platform access
- Professional growth programs
Services are advisory in nature and based on client-provided information.
3. No employment guarantee
WRAC does not guarantee employment, interviews, job offers, salary increases, or career outcomes.
Clients acknowledge that hiring decisions are controlled by employers and external market conditions.
WRAC provides preparation, strategy, and professional development support only.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Meet scheduled deadlines
- Participate actively in services purchased
- Review documents before use
- Use materials ethically and legally
WRAC is not responsible for results impacted by incomplete or incorrect client information.
5. Prices and payment terms
Prices for private clients are shown in euros and include 21% BTW. Programs for organisations are quoted excluding BTW and are invoiced; payment is made by bank transfer.
A non-refundable deposit of €25 is required to book every individual service. The deposit is used toward the payment for the service booked.
Payment is required before services begin unless otherwise agreed in writing. Online payments are processed securely by Mollie (iDEAL, card, Bancontact or SEPA Direct Debit).
Due to the time-based and intellectual nature of services, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided once work has started. The only exception is the CV & LinkedIn Audit delivery guarantee: if the audit is not delivered within 72 business hours, the client receives a full refund.
Rescheduling may be permitted with reasonable notice.
Subscriptions paid monthly are paid by automatic direct debit and commit the client to the full 6 or 12 months. Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled according to plan terms.
6. Intellectual property
All WRAC materials, including resume and CV formats, training materials, frameworks, templates, digital courses, program structures and JobSpotter content, remain the intellectual property of Wright's Resumes and Connections.
Clients may use purchased materials for personal career use only. Resale, copying, or redistribution is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
WRAC shall not be liable for job search outcomes, employer decisions, hiring delays, salary results, market conditions, or third-party platform decisions.
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service involved.
WRAC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Professional advice disclaimer
WRAC provides career guidance based on experience and industry knowledge.
Services are not legal, immigration, financial, or psychological advice. Clients should seek licensed professionals where appropriate.
9. Digital platform terms (JobSpotter)
Use of JobSpotter requires responsible participation. Users agree not to post false information, harass other users, upload inappropriate content, or misrepresent job opportunities.
WRAC reserves the right to remove content or restrict access when necessary. WRAC is not responsible for the accuracy of job opportunities posted by employers.
10. Data protection and privacy
WRAC respects client confidentiality. Information provided is used only to deliver services. WRAC does not sell client information.
Data may be stored securely using business software platforms. Clients consent to the data use necessary to deliver purchased services.
11. Independent contractor status
WRAC team members, consultants, and program contributors may operate as independent professionals. WRAC is not responsible for independent contractor actions outside WRAC scope.
12. Force majeure
WRAC shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including technical failures, internet outages, illness, government actions, and natural events.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be handled under Dutch jurisdiction.
14. Acceptance of terms
By booking or purchasing services or using WRAC platforms, clients acknowledge they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
15. Professional development nature of services
WRAC services are educational and developmental in nature. Clients understand that success requires personal effort, preparation, and execution beyond WRAC services.
WRAC does not guarantee job placement, employment offers, or compensation outcomes. Services are provided as professional development support only.

2. Geleverde diensten
WRAC levert diensten voor professionele ontwikkeling, waaronder maar niet beperkt tot:

- Sollicitatievoorbereiding en -coaching
- Loopbaanadvies en diensten voor arbeidsmarktgereedheid
- Trainingsprogramma's en workshops
- Digitale loopbaanbronnen en cursussen
- Toegang tot het vacatureplatform JobSpotter
- Programma's voor professionele groei
De diensten zijn adviserend van aard en gebaseerd op informatie die de klant aanlevert.
3. Geen baangarantie
WRAC garandeert geen baan, sollicitatiegesprekken, jobaanbiedingen, salarisverhogingen of loopbaanresultaten.
De klant erkent dat wervingsbeslissingen worden genomen door werkgevers en afhankelijk zijn van externe marktomstandigheden.
WRAC biedt uitsluitend voorbereiding, strategie en ondersteuning bij professionele ontwikkeling.
4. Verantwoordelijkheden van de klant
De klant gaat ermee akkoord:
- Juiste informatie te verstrekken
- Afgesproken deadlines na te komen
- Actief deel te nemen aan de afgenomen diensten
- Documenten te controleren voordat ze worden gebruikt
- Materialen ethisch en wettig te gebruiken
WRAC is niet verantwoordelijk voor resultaten die worden beïnvloed door onvolledige of onjuiste informatie van de klant.
5. Prijzen en betalingsvoorwaarden
Prijzen voor particulieren worden in euro's weergegeven en zijn inclusief 21% btw. Programma's voor organisaties worden exclusief btw geoffreerd en gefactureerd; betaling gebeurt per bankoverschrijving.
Voor het boeken van elke individuele dienst is een niet-restitueerbare aanbetaling van €25 vereist. Deze aanbetaling wordt verrekend met de betaling voor de geboekte dienst.
Betaling is vereist voordat de diensten beginnen, tenzij schriftelijk anders is overeengekomen. Online betalingen worden veilig verwerkt door Mollie (iDEAL, kaart, Bancontact of SEPA-incasso).
Vanwege het tijdgebonden en intellectuele karakter van de diensten zijn alle aankopen definitief. Er vindt geen restitutie plaats zodra het werk is begonnen. De enige uitzondering is de leveringsgarantie van de cv- & LinkedIn-audit: als de audit niet binnen 72 werkuren is geleverd, krijgt de klant het volledige bedrag terug.
Verzetten kan mogelijk zijn als dit tijdig wordt doorgegeven.
Abonnementen die maandelijks worden betaald, worden via automatische incasso voldaan en verbinden de klant aan de volledige 6 of 12 maanden. Abonnementen worden automatisch verlengd, tenzij ze worden opgezegd volgens de voorwaarden van het abonnement.
6. Intellectueel eigendom
Alle materialen van WRAC, waaronder cv- en resumeformats, trainingsmaterialen, kaders, templates, digitale cursussen, programmastructuren en JobSpotter-content, blijven intellectueel eigendom van Wright's Resumes and Connections.
Klanten mogen gekochte materialen uitsluitend voor hun eigen loopbaan gebruiken. Doorverkopen, kopiëren of verspreiden is niet toegestaan.
7. Beperking van aansprakelijkheid
WRAC is niet aansprakelijk voor de resultaten van de zoektocht naar werk, beslissingen van werkgevers, vertragingen in wervingsprocessen, salarisuitkomsten, marktomstandigheden of beslissingen van externe platforms.
De totale aansprakelijkheid voor een claim bedraagt nooit meer dan het bedrag dat voor de betreffende dienst is betaald.
WRAC is niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte schade, bijkomende schade of gevolgschade.
8. Disclaimer professioneel advies
WRAC geeft loopbaanbegeleiding op basis van ervaring en kennis van de branche.
De diensten zijn geen juridisch, immigratie-, financieel of psychologisch advies. Klanten dienen waar nodig een bevoegde professional te raadplegen.
9. Voorwaarden digitaal platform (JobSpotter)
Het gebruik van JobSpotter vraagt om verantwoordelijke deelname. Gebruikers gaan ermee akkoord geen onjuiste informatie te plaatsen, andere gebruikers niet lastig te vallen, geen ongepaste inhoud te uploaden en vacatures niet verkeerd voor te stellen.
WRAC behoudt zich het recht voor om content te verwijderen of de toegang te beperken wanneer dat nodig is. WRAC is niet verantwoordelijk voor de juistheid van vacatures die door werkgevers worden geplaatst.
10. Gegevensbescherming en privacy
WRAC respecteert de vertrouwelijkheid van klantgegevens. Verstrekte informatie wordt alleen gebruikt om de diensten te leveren. WRAC verkoopt geen klantgegevens.
Gegevens kunnen veilig worden opgeslagen in zakelijke softwareplatforms. De klant geeft toestemming voor het gegevensgebruik dat nodig is om de afgenomen diensten te leveren.
11. Status van zelfstandige professionals
Teamleden, consultants en programmabijdragers van WRAC kunnen als zelfstandige professionals werken. WRAC is niet verantwoordelijk voor handelingen van zelfstandigen buiten het werkterrein van WRAC.
12. Overmacht
WRAC is niet aansprakelijk voor vertragingen door gebeurtenissen buiten haar redelijke invloed, waaronder technische storingen, internetstoringen, ziekte, overheidsmaatregelen en natuurgebeurtenissen.
13. Toepasselijk recht
Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de Nederlandse rechter.
14. Aanvaarding van de voorwaarden
Door diensten te boeken of af te nemen of platforms van WRAC te gebruiken, verklaart de klant deze algemene voorwaarden te hebben gelezen en aanvaard.
15. Aard van de dienstverlening
De diensten van WRAC zijn educatief en gericht op ontwikkeling. De klant begrijpt dat succes eigen inzet, voorbereiding en uitvoering vraagt naast de diensten van WRAC.
WRAC garandeert geen plaatsing, jobaanbiedingen of beloning. De diensten worden uitsluitend aangeboden als ondersteuning bij professionele ontwikkeling.
